Registration open for the Ghostrunner II closed beta; ‘important news’ announced for August 21

Publisher 505 Games and developer One More Level have opened registrations for the closed beta of Ghostrunner II, ahead of the “next big Ghostrunner II news announcement” on August 21. The companies have noted that spaces for the closed beta are extremely limited, so fans should register as soon as possible. Here’s an overview of the game, according to 505 Games:

Blood will flow in the highly anticipated hardcore first-person perspective action game, set one year after the events of Ghostrunner. Venture through a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk future that takes place after the fall of the Master of the Keys, a tyrant who ruled over the Dharma Tower, humanity’s last refuge. Jack is back to confront the violent AI cult that has gathered outside the Dharma Tower and shape the future of humanity.

Featuring incredible katana combat mechanics, deeper exploration of the world beyond the Dharma Tower, non-linear levels with complex motorcycle sections, exciting new modes, and all the action you loved from Ghostrunner. Additionally, boss fights are more interactive, giving players the freedom to choose how to survive battles against more difficult opponents.

Ghostrunner II is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2023. Don’t miss your chance to participate in the closed beta and stay tuned for exciting new features to be revealed on August 21 .
