Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Global Sales Exceed Three Million Units


Square Enix has announced that the total sales of the series Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster have surpassed three million units worldwide, an impressive milestone. In May, Square Enix had announced that total sales had reached two million units, meaning that an additional million units have been sold since then.

What does Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster include?

The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series comprises the classic titles: Final Fantasy I, Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy V and Final Fantasy VI. These games have been revisited and improved to give fans a nostalgic yet modern experience.

The Journey of the Series

The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series made its debut on PC via Steam, iOS, and Android with the releases of Final Fantasy I, Final Fantasy II, and Final Fantasy III on July 28, 2021. Final Fantasy IV then joined the collection on September 8, 2021, followed by Final Fantasy V on November 10, 2021, and Final Fantasy VI on February 23, 2022.

The excitement grew even more when all six titles were released for PlayStation 4 and Switch on April 19, 2023, giving a new generation of gamers the opportunity to experience these classics.
