THQ Nordic and developer Haemimont Games have announced the release date for Jagged Alliance 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One: it will be on November 16 at a price of $59.99 / €59.99 / £49.99! Fans will be able to purchase it in both physical and digital formats, and pre-sales are now available.
Additionally, it has been revealed that the Jagged Alliance 3 Tactical Edition, which was originally released alongside the PC version, will be available alongside the console release, but in a strictly limited quantity of 550 copies. Pre-sales for this special edition are now available on the THQ Nordic online store, although it is important to note that this edition does not include a copy of the game itself.
A notable feature of the console versions is cross-generation play, which will allow PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users to play together, and Xbox Series and Xbox One users to do the same.
Jagged Alliance 3, which initially launched on PC via Steam and GOG on July 14, immerses us in Grand Chien, a nation with rich natural resources and deep political divisions. The story unfolds when the president-elect disappears and a paramilitary force known as “The Legion” takes control of the country. Players take on the role of mercenaries hired to find the president and restore order to the country. Choosing a diverse cast of mercenaries, each with their own personality and background, will set the course of the story as they explore Grand Chien, meet new people, and make decisions that will determine the fate of the nation.
