The exploration adventure gameIkonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure” will leave early access and launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on November 9, followed by Nintendo Switch at a later date for $24.99 / £20.99. Additionally, the game can be enjoyed for free with those who already own the game through the “Friends’ Pass.”

“Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure” made its debut in Early Access for PC via Steam on August 18, 2022.

Game description by Snowcastle Games:

“Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure” is a beautiful and cozy adventure that you can play alone or with your friends. You explore the beautiful island, bond with magical creatures and harness their abilities, discover hidden mysteries, collect items to build a charming house, battle pirates, and much more. The game is reminiscent of cozy classics like Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and My Time at Portia, but brings its own narrative depth by exploring the charming themes originally explored in Snowcastle’s Earthlock.

Starting today, Snowcastle has launched the “Friends’ Pass,” a free version of the game that allows anyone to explore the cooperative online multiplayer experience with up to three of their friends. Anyone can play alone or together for the first two hours of play! BUT if at least one of you owns the full version, you can play indefinitely! Collect resources, craft tools and equipment. Cultivate the land, build your base or a cozy house and decorate it to your liking. You just need to make a “Frog Request” (well, a “Join Code”) to join the same game session. Plus, if your demo runs out, don’t worry: after purchasing the base game, you can pick up where you left off.
