King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on February 22, 2024

Developer NeocoreGames has announced that the turn-based strategy RPG “King Arthur: Knight’s Tale” will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on February 22, 2024. The game, which mixes elements of turn-based tactical games and character-focused RPGs, debuted in Early Access for PC via Steam on January 26, 2021, followed by a full release on April 26, 2022.

NeocoreGames promises strong support for the console versions, with seasonal content, optional skirmishes, and more features to be added post-launch.

Game Description: “King Arthur: Knight’s Tale” offers a modern reinterpretation of the classic story of Arthurian mythology, filtered through the tropes of the dark fantasy genre. You will play Sir Mordred, King Arthur’s nemesis and the ancient Black Knight of dark tales. Although you killed King Arthur, he, with his dying breath, struck you down. They both died, but they both live. The Lady of the Lake, ruler of the mystical island of Avalon, brought you back to end a true nightmare. She entrusts you with a chivalric quest. She wants you to complete what you’ve started: kill King Arthur, or whatever she became after she took her dying body to Avalon.

With a unique blend of turn-based tactical mechanics and traditional character-focused RPG elements, “King Arthur: Knight’s Tale” promises to offer players an immersive and unique experience in the universe of Arthurian legend.
