Square Enix announces the release of Dragon Quest X Online expansion 7.0


Square Enix has revealed that the 7.0 expansion of Dragon Quest X Online, titled “The Door to the Future and the Sleeping Girl,” will be released for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC on March 21, 2024 in Japan for 4,950 yen. The expansion will feature a new story, new characters like Porte and Raki, a new area called Zenias, and the new Dragon Mage master class.

This expansion promises to immerse players in a renewed experience with fresh narrative elements, captivating characters and the introduction of the Dragon Mage master class, which will add an extra dimension to gameplay options. The inclusion of Zenias as a new area will also provide players with unexplored terrain to explore and discover.

In addition to the standalone release, Square Enix will offer “Dragon Quest X Online All-In-One Package Version 1-7” for 5,940 yen. This version will include the base game and all previously released updates and expansions, giving players a full opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich world of Dragon Quest X Online.

Fans of the saga can expect an expanded and exciting gaming experience with the arrival of this expansion, which seeks to maintain the quality and innovation that characterizes the Dragon Quest franchise.
