The restaurant simulator of the Touhou project, Touhou Mystia’s Izakaya, will be released for Nintendo Switch on May 2, 2024 for $24.99, publisher Phoenixx and developer Dichroic Purpilion announced. This version of the game will offer language options in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Physical Editions in Japan
In Japan, the game will also be available in standard and limited physical editions for 4,510 yen and 9,130 yen, respectively. The limited edition will include a complete set of cards featuring the game’s characters, a select CD of the original soundtrack, and a Mystia Lorelei figure wearing an apron.
Game Description
Touhou Mystia’s Izakaya features a story in which a patron’s tumultuous behavior destroys Mystia Lorelei’s tavern, the most popular in Gensokyo. Despite the owner’s shattered dreams, the debts must be paid. Players will rebuild the business from a modest food cart, pay off Mystia’s mounting debts, and grow the business to revive the restaurant to its former glory.
The game requires constant work, collecting recipes, obtaining ingredients, and growing fresh produce throughout the day. At night, players will serve hungry customers, managing orders, interacting friendly and pulling off customer service combos for big profits. Additionally, iconic Touhou characters such as Reimu and Akyuu will make special visits, adding a personal touch to the service.
