Konami announces Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked, a collection of classics for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch and PC

The renowned video game company, Konami, has excited fans by revealing “Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked“, a collection of classic games for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch and PC. These games, developed on Limited Run Games’ powerful Carbon Engine, promise to take players through three epic animalistic adventures with the hero Rocket Knight. Although a release date has yet to be announced, classic game enthusiasts can excitedly anticipate the return of this beloved franchise.

The collection, powered by the Carbon Engine, will include three key titles:

  1. Rocket Knight Adventures (1993): Sparkster’s first adventure. When an army of pigs invades Zebulos’ kingdom, the brave Rocket Knight takes his sword to save the day. He journeys through seven stages filled with the strangest enemies imaginable and stops the Emperor’s senseless swine invasion.
  2. Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2 (1994): Sparkster’s second adventure, where he faces off against Axel Gear, another Rocket Knight who has fallen into darkness. Adventure through six additional levels to save the princess from Zebulos and restore peace to the kingdom.
  3. Sparkster (1994): This Rocket Knight spin-off pits Sparkster against the evil Generalissimo Lioness. Intent on conquering the world, Lioness has taken Princess Flora hostage, and it’s up to the great knight Sparkster to take on nine more levels of platforming adventures to save the world.

The collection will offer players new experiences, powered by the Carbon Engine, including an all-new animated intro from Studio Meala, rewind feature, Boss Rush mode, and the Museum with never-before-seen content.

With Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked, Konami promises to take players to new heights of nostalgia and challenge. Stay tuned for more details on the release date and get ready to embark on an exciting adventure with the brave Rocket Knight.
