Bandai Namco Entertainment registers the trademark “Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree”


On January 22, Bandai Namco Entertainment filed a trademark application for “Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree” in Europe. Although the company has yet to officially announce a game with that title, it historically registers new trademarks before game announcements. In September 2023, Bandai Namco Entertainment also filed two trademarks that have yet to materialize as game titles: “Fractured Daydream” and “Shadow Labyrinth.” Both were recorded together with “Operation Memories”, which was later announced as SPYxANYA: Operation Memories.

Other Bandai Namco titles previously recorded before its reveal include “Sparking! Zero” (Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero!), “Rhythm Connect” (Taiko no Tatsujin RHYTHM CONNECT), “Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn” and “We Love Katamari REROLL+ Royal Reverie”.

Although there are no details yet on the exact nature of “Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree,” history suggests that it could be the title of an upcoming game. Bandai Namco fans will be keeping an eye out for any official announcements for more information on this mysterious addition to the company’s portfolio.
