New asymmetric multiplayer horror game: Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game


Developer illFonic and Teravision Games have announced the launch of a new asymmetrical multiplayer game that promises to immerse players in a unique horror experience. Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam on June 4.

About the game:

Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game is based on the iconic 80s film of the same name. In this battle between the murderous Klowns and the citizens of Crescent Cove, players can band together and use their wits to harvest humans or save them from the alien invasion.

Key Features:

  • Send in the Klowns! Players can take on the role of the iconic Killer Klowns, cooperate in a team of three, utilize wacky abilities, hunt humans with wacky weapons, and plan their own alien invasion to successfully harvest the population of Crescent Cove.
  • Protect humanity. Players also have the option to fight as a team of seven brave citizens of Crescent Cove. They must explore for valuable loot and weapons, avoid capture by the Klowns, and try to survive at all costs.
  • Welcome to the city. Crescent Cove is an expansive arena for unique three-on-seven fights between Klowns and humans. It offers multiple locations, a randomly generated map layout, and a multitude of tactical opportunities for both teams.
  • Evolution of horror. Killer Klowns features a unique approach to hide-and-seek gameplay, player vs. player vs. environment, dynamic objectives that lead to multiple match outcomes. This game promises to evolve the online horror formula in exciting new ways.
