I quit my day job about two years ago to finish the game and I couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out. “This has been my passion for a long time, and I am excited to finally share it with the world.”

Animal Well invites players to explore a dense, interconnected labyrinth and unravel its many secrets. Collect objects to manipulate your environment in surprising and meaningful ways. Face creatures both beautiful and disturbing as you try to survive what lurks in the darkness. There is more than what you see.

Key Features:

  • Exploration: Light up the darkness in an atmospheric, dense puzzle world with attention to every detail. Light candles to stay safe and gradually complete your map. Non-linear: Explore and collect objects in the order you choose. Tons of secrets.
  • Puzzle solving: Observation is rewarded. Enemies, environment and objects interact in surprising and systemic ways. All objects have multiple uses. Learn how innocuous details can become meaningful. The main game is just the beginning. Players will discover hidden puzzles for years.
  • Survival: Move carefully. You must evaluate for yourself what is safe and dangerous. Focus on tension and suspense instead of action. You are disempowered, but you can make intelligent use of your environment and objects.
