Are you hungry for even more from Pokémon TCG Pocket? Well, good news! More is quite literally on the cards.
The mobile game’s fourth expansion is set to release as soon as tomorrow, 28th February. It was announced as part of today’s Pokémon Presents presentation, and is known as Triumphant Light.
Here’s a trailer for it all.
“The Mythical Pokémon Arceus will descend from the Sinnoh region as a powerful Pokémon ex, headlining an expansion that includes mighty Pokémon ex cards, new Trainer cards, gorgeous immersive cards, and the unveiling of Pokémon with unique Link Abilities,” reads the official blurb.
“Look forward to free booster packs with rare cards at a special Pokémon Day in-game event celebrating the release of Triumphant Light.”
This pack, you may recall, leaked earlier this week.
Triumphant Light follows the Space-Time Smackdown cards added at the end of January, headlined by the legendary Dialga and Palkia who debuted in Diamond and Pearl.
Elsewhere during today’s Pokémon Presents presentation we got a look at gameplay footage from Pokémon Legends Z-A, which is slated to be released towards the end of this year. So, it is going to be going up against GTA 6, and now all I can picture is Totodile joyriding with Lucia. Perhaps I should get out more…
