It would appear as though the return of Max Caulfield in Life is Strange: Double Exposure didn’t resonate as well with fans as Square Enix had previously hoped. Speaking after the companies recent financial results, Kabutan analyst Hideki Yasuda reports that the latest Life is Strange game had proved to be a “large loss” for the Japanese company. Life is Strange: Double Exposure received mixed reviews from gaming critics and also criticism from fans of the series.
