We’ve already seen some sublime power bank deals for Amazon’s spring sale, and they’re showing no sign of stopping. If you want some more themed options for high-wattage chargers and power banks though, we’ve spotted that the items in this Ugreen x Genshin Impact collection that launched earlier this week have already undergone some hefty discounts.
It also just so happens that I’ve been giving them a runout in recent weeks too, so can give some personal testimony on why they’re actually solid chargers for the discounted rates.

Ugreen Nexode Power Bank Genshin Impact Edition
Arguably the biggest release here is the Genshin Impact variant of Ugreen’s Nexode Power bank, which provides some serious power. It comes with support for up to 100W fast charging over its dedicated USB-C port, designed for use with high-wattage laptops or a Steam Deck, for instance. It was able to put upwards of 40 percent charge back into my MacBook Pro on a recent work trip to Paris in half an hour when I needed it in a pinch. There are also a secondary USB-C port and USB-A, which can provide 15W between them to charge everything from phones to wireless headphones.
This power bank also has a 20,000mAh capacity, so is good for multiple full-charges of smartphones and 1.3 full cycles of a MacBook Pro before running out, according to Ugreen. There is also a small TFT screen that displays real-time charging information for connected devices, which is handy.

It’s also quite compact for such a powerful charger, and is not too far off the size of an as-powerful MacBook Pro power brick, except with a little more in the way of versatility.
The Genshin Impact branding here extends not only on the outside of the device, but also to the fun pixel art on the display, with Kinich and his dragon companion K’uhul Ajaw, which looks great.

The second key bit of this run of products is a branded version of one of Ugreen’s clever Nexode charging bricks. This one is a 65W option that gives the benefit of two USB-C ports and one USB-A for charging, say, a laptop and a phone at once, as well as a set of wireless headphones.
The full 65W of power is limited to the USB-C ports, but that’s still ample power to charge a modern ultrabook in around an hour to two hours, depending on the model. Ugreen also says it will take a newer M3 MacBook Air from zero to half charge in just half an hour.

It also benefits from a compact size against other 65W chargers, or ultrabooks that come with a full power brick, too, so is handy for taking on your travels. It’s been handy to bung at the end of my bed where I keep all my leads in a tower power strip, and frees up plugs so I can charge my phone and MacBook Pro off one brick, and have other plugs spare for plugging in any devices I have on test, such as a laptop, without going through the rigmarole of finding a spare outlet.
As with the other kit on this collaboration, this Nexode charger also comes with a range of Genshin Impact-branding, with Kinich and his companion Ajaw adorning the sides of the unit. The guides for the USB-A are also suitably bright green, which is a nice touch.
Ugreen MagFlow Wireless Charger Genshin Impact Edition
You also have a Genshin Impact edition of the brand’s MagFlow wireless charger with proper Qi2 certification that gives you the chance to charge both a phone and smaller devices, such as a set of wireless earbuds, on one compact charger.
This is designed more for iPhones than the rest of the phone world, but it’s still a handy thing to have, as the MagFlow charger provies 15W fast-charging from its retractable stand, meaning you can use it and charge it at the same time without fear of it falling down. Pushing the stand up also reveals a smaller pad underneath that gives you space for charging a set of AirPods, or other wireless earbuds, too.

If used this way, the power is siphoned off to 7.5W for the phone and 5W for your AirPods. Technically, you can also charge a third device with the USB-C port here, too. UGREEN provides the example of a smartwatch, so you can use one wireless charger for three devices.
Build quality here is solid with thick plastics used, while the stand folds down into a neat puck that’s easily stowable in a bag without taking up much space. It too comes with fun Genshin-inspired designs featuring Yumkasaurus and Chimaera Alebriius for a little more flair.

The final piece of the puzzle here is this pleasant USB-C to USB-C cable that, given the Genshin Impact collaboration, features bright green all across it, and a small rubberised cable organiser in the form of Ajaw, Kinich’s companion.

This cable is nylon-braided, and feels suitably pleasant in doing so, while also being able to provide up to 100W of power with a compatible charging brick, or power bank – the Nexode one above springs to mind. Being a metre long (or 3.3ft) gives you decent length to play with, too.
