Square Enix Collective and developer FuturLab have announced new downloadable content for PowerWash Simulator titled “Back to the Future Special Pack.” This content will be available in 2023 for a price of $7.99 / €7.99 / £6.49.
A dream collaboration with Back to the Future
FuturLab CEO Kirsty Rigden expressed her excitement in a press release, saying: “Back to the Future is a dream intellectual property. “This new collaboration gives us the opportunity to take our players to a completely unexpected place… the past, the future and the present!”
Contents of the “Back to the Future Special Pack”
In this new special pack, players will have the opportunity to travel back in time to clear iconic movie sets and objects inspired by the Back to the Future franchise from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment. This includes Doc Brown’s truck, the Time Machine, the Hill Valley Clock Tower, the Holomax Theater and Doc’s Time Train. Additionally, ten new achievements have been added for players to collect within the game.
FuturLab worked closely with Universal Games and Digital Platforms during the development process to ensure the downloadable content is faithful to the timeless trilogy.
Available on various platforms
PowerWash Simulator is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. With this new content inspired by Back to the Future, fans will be able to enjoy a unique cleaning experience while exploring iconic sets from the film.
