2pt Interactive has announced that it will release Heavenly Bodies for Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop in February 2024. The game, which initially launched for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on December 7, 2021, followed by Xbox Series and Xbox One versions on August 24, 2023, will offer Switch players the opportunity to experience its unique focus on physics and weightlessness.
Game Description: Heavenly Bodies is a unique experience that explores the challenges of physics in a gravity-free environment. Set in a scientific research station, players take on the role of cosmonauts tasked with carrying out engineering tasks in an environment where nothing stands still and nothing is certain.
Game mechanics: The game challenges players to control the cosmonaut’s arms with the left and right sticks to push, pull and climb through fully physically simulated scenarios. The task is to assemble space telescopes, maintain delicate solar arrays, and research cosmic botany. The lack of gravity adds an additional level of complexity and challenge to each task.
