Amazon is giving away over £150 worth of freebies for Prime Day 2025

As you’ll no doubt be aware if you’re an Amazon Prime subscriber, Prime Day is now live. And while most of the attention is on shifting warehouse-loads of air fryers and Echo Dots, Amazon’s also dishing out a decent batch of freebies to keep subscribers sweet.

Yes, you’re technically paying for the privilege, and no, Amazon probably isn’t doing this out of the goodness of its Bezos‑shaped heart, but some of the perks are actually worth a look. Especially if you remember to cancel before the trial ends.

So, whether you’re here to snag some genuinely great games or just rinse Prime for all it’s worth, here’s everything up for grabs right now, just don’t forget to set a reminder to unsubscribe before they start charging full whack.

TL;DR, Freebies for Prime Members

Free games

Prime Gaming is only offering six titles this year, which feels like a bit of a sting after last year’s 18. Still, you’ve got a nice spread, from classic sandbox silliness to cult indie hits – just don’t blame us if you forget to cancel and end up paying for something you never even downloaded.

  • Tomb Raider 1‑3 Remastered – Because reliving Lara’s early awkward polygon days never gets old
  • Saints Row 2 and Saints Row IV: Re‑Elected – Crime spree antics with questionable fashion choices
  • Star Wars Rebellion – A deep cut for anyone tired of lightsaber duels and wanting some real strategy
  • Dungeon of the Endless, Definitive Edition – Roguelite dungeon crawler meets tower defence, chaos guaranteed
  • Toem – The photogenic walking sim you didn’t know you needed
  • …plus Jupiter Hell, Stray Gods: Orpheus, Death Squared and more. See the full list here.

Audiobooks

If you’ve ever fancied pretending you’re more cultured while actually mowing the lawn, Audible’s three‑month trial is your best friend. You get one credit per month, access to Audible Originals, and the creeping dread that you might forget to cancel and end up out of pocket.

Pro tip, dive into Jason Schreier’s Play Nice or finally experience Halo: The Fall of Reach, then bail before Month Four.

Kindle Unlimited

For those who’d rather stare at words than watch moving pixels, Kindle Unlimited is offering three months free. You can binge the latest crime thrillers, devour magazine issues or pretend you’re deep‑diving into self‑help – all until your trial quietly expires.

Amazon Music Unlimited

If you need some background noise for your procrastination, Amazon Music Unlimited is throwing in four months free, which is basically enough time to regret that playlist you made in 2012. Don’t let this turn into a subscription treadmill – cancel while you still can.

Why Prime?

Prime will set you back £8.99 per month or £95 a year, though you can grab a 30‑day trial to test everything out. That includes next‑day delivery, Prime Video, Deliveroo Plus Silver and, of course, all the freebies we’ve just slackened through above.

Students and 18–22 year olds get six months free at half price afterwards, so if you fit the bill, you’re basically winning at life – until Month Seven, anyway.
