Aonic acquires nDreams, developer of Synapse and Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, for nearly $110 million


Aonic has acquired nDreams, the developer of Synapse and Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, for a total enterprise value close to $110 million, the company announced. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Aonic is a group of global video game companies that includes OtherSide Entertainment, Tiny Roar, BKOM Studios, among others. The company initially invested $35 million in nDreams in March 2022 to gain a minority stake in the company.
