A former Ubisoft employee has revealed on LinkedIn that he was previously part of a team developing a trial project for Rayman. The game had several titles such as Rayman Forever and the Story of Rayman. Sadly Ubisoft decided to abandon the project in 2021. It should be noted that Ubisoft is currently working on a new Rayman project.
“In 2021, I had the opportunity to challenge myself at Ubisoft on a trial project for Rayman, but unfortunately, the project did not proceed.”
“As part of the redesign of their flagship game, Rayman, Ubisoft asked us to do some research on the game’s new logo and home screen. Rayman was THE game that launched the studio, so they wanted to do everything they could to make this new edition a success, hence the long research and
meticulous progress.”
