Koei Tecmo and Kou Shibusawa have announced the remake of Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch and PC (Steam). It is a remake of the 2001 original. It will be released digitally worldwide in early 2024.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake is based on Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII with Power Up Kit, complete with “All Officers Play” and “All Periods Scenarios” features. Additionally, the game features all-new graphics and gameplay systems to help reawaken the title as the latest addition to Koei Tecmo’s long and revered franchise.
