Bad news for Mortal Kombat fans as the upcoming Mortal Kombat II movie has now been delayed from its original 24th October release date to 15th May, 2026. Some on you will naturally be wondering why Warner Bros. has decided to push the movie’s release so far back. Well, the movie is expected to deliver a lot more views in mid-May than staying in the crowded late October frame. Deadline states that research screenings have been strong for the sequel.
