Nintendo has decided to take legal action against video game peripheral manufacturer Genki’s for showing off the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 early. The lawsuit against Genki parent company Human Things was pretty much inevitable, though if the court rules in Nintendo’s favour the lawsuit will require Genki to destroy all products related to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 and cease using Nintendo’s trademarks again.
