The intriguing Resident Evil reboot movie has begun filming in the streets of Prague with the film set for release in September 2026. The movie will turn away from the intense action focus of previous movies and will instead opt for a darker more sinister tone, resembling that of the original PlayStation games. The Resident Evil reboot movie will follow one main character with the storyline gradually descending into “deeper into hell.” Austin Abrams is tipped to have the main role in the eagerly anticipated movie.
