Starbreeze Entertainment has revealed Project Baxter, a new game based on the Dungeons & Dragons intellectual property from Wizards of the Coast. This title is scheduled for release in 2026 with cross-play for “all major platforms” and is both published and developed by Starbreeze Entertainment.

According to Starbreeze Entertainment, Project Baxter, also known internally by that name, set in the world of Dungeons & Dragons, will incorporate signature elements of Starbreeze games, such as cooperative multiplayer, a lifelong commitment through the Games as model. a Service, community involvement and a larger than life experience. The game will launch on all major platforms in 2026 and will include cross-play. The production of the game will use Unreal Engine 5.
