The Talos Principle II will be released on November 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC

Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Croteam have announced that “The Talos Principle II” will be released on November 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, priced at $29.99. Pre-sales are now available with a 10 percent discount off the original price.

An exciting return to the mind

The sequel, “The Talos Principle II,” greatly expands on the beloved original with more intriguing puzzles to solve, new puzzle mechanics, a richer story, additional secrets to discover, and the biggest, strangest world Croteam has ever built.

A world where humanity has disappeared

The story takes place in the distant future where humanity has long been extinct, but human culture lives on through endless robots created in our image. As you embark on a mission to investigate a mysterious megastructure, you will face questions about the nature of the cosmos, faith versus reason, and the fear of repeating humanity’s mistakes.

New game mechanics and a deep story

In “The Talos Principle II,” familiar puzzles will return, accompanied by new unique gameplay mechanics including mind transfer and gravity manipulation. The narrative will be character-driven and offer multiple endings to explore. Additionally, players will be able to immerse themselves in strange and dazzling environments, such as a city on the brink of a paradigm shift and an island that holds the keys to the future.

An opportunity to return to the original

In addition to the exciting release of the sequel, the PC (Steam) version of the original game “The Talos Principle” and its downloadable content “Road to Gehenna” are currently available at a 90 percent discount until October 3, giving players the opportunity to immerse themselves or re-enjoy this unique experience.

“The Talos Principle II” promises to take players into a world of mystery and reflection as they solve puzzles and explore an intriguing story. Set to release on November 2, it’s a date fans of puzzles and deep narratives should mark on their calendars.
