Tower Defense RPG “Dwerve” Coming to Nintendo Switch on October 12

Developer Half Human Games has announced that the Nintendo Switch version of “Dwerve,” the dungeon tower defense RPG, will be released via the Nintendo eShop on October 12 for $19.99. This exciting game originally debuted on PC via Steam on May 31, 2022.

“Dwerve” immerses you in an adventure where you take on the role of a young dwarf inventor who ventures into a ruined kingdom and discovers the lost technologies of the ancient warsmiths: turrets and traps. These are the only weapons that can protect the dwarves from Witch Queen Vandra and her army of bloodthirsty trolls and monstrous creatures determined to conquer the surface.

In the vast hollow mountain of Mount Crowcrest, there once lived a great nation of dwarves. They discovered power stones while digging deep into the mountain and used them to power machines and eventually entire cities. They lived in peace and prosperity for centuries, but their obsession with power stones led them to dig too deep, freeing the Dark Hordes. The dwarves noticed that the trolls turned to stone in the sunlight and fled away from the mountain, finding refuge in the sunny Brekka Hills.
