Vic Game Studios has released the official trailer for its newly announced “animated RPG” BREAKERS: Unlock the World. The story takes place in Seraphia, a continent torn by a conflict between angels. As a result of this division, the treasure of angels, the “Angel Eyes”, which possesses great power, is broken into pieces and scattered throughout the continent. In the lands where the fragments fell, unnatural monsters appeared. At the same time, those fragments can give humans power strong enough to change the world. Because of this, the continent was plunged into chaos and unprecedented prosperity.
The continent branched into independently developing regions, from industrial cities to nature-filled forests and polluted ruins. Dangerous magical contamination severed connections between each land, and although intercontinental traffic ceased for a time, adventurers eventually appeared to travel the world in unique “skyships.” And so, they became known as “Breakers”, adventurers who break the barriers of the world.
The Breakers have one purpose: to reach God’s Library, a legendary place said to have never been reached, where all pre-split knowledge is accumulated. To achieve their desires and ideals, and each one with their own goals in mind, the adventure of the Breakers begins as they seek to reach the Library of God.
BREAKERS: Unlock the World will be available on PC, iOS and Android as a free-to-play title with item-based microtransactions. A release date has not yet been announced, and currently only a release in Japan has been announced.
