Triband will release WHAT THE GOLF? for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on March 14

The developer Triband announced that it will launch WHAT THE GOLF? for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on March 14. WHAT THE GOLF? It was first released for Apple Arcade on September 19, 2019, followed by PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on October 1, 2019, and Switch on May 21, 2020.

Here’s a description of the game, according to Triband:

About the game An absurd physics-based golf game where each golf course is a surprising new type of golf, some brilliant or hilarious, others so absurd you’ll wonder: WHAT THE GOLF?!

Key Features

  • Not a Golf Game: Yes, it has “GOLF” in the title, but that’s where the similarity to golf ends. WHAT THE GOLF? It is, at its core, a comedy game with puzzles, challenges and a lot of surprises. Confused? Excellent!
  • 500 creative levels: Try Sporty Sports!, It’s Snowtime, A Hole New World or one of hundreds of other incomprehensible levels, featuring toasters, hot dogs, office chairs and a multitude of completely random objects.
  • Daily Courses: Come back every day to play new courses and win a bunch of more or less useful prizes.
  • Create your own levels: Feeling inspired? Create your own absurd level with our level editor and share it with the world.
  • Join the party on the couch… in pairs: Grab your sticks (a chain of sausages, a frozen rubber glove, it doesn’t matter which one) and launch into a world of anarchic fun. Share your screen with a friend via Steam Remote Play Together and spread the madness.
  • But I hate golf: To be honest, so do we. And therein lies the beauty of WHAT THE GOLF? A game made for people who hate golf, by people who have no idea or respect for the game. Let’s Play!
