Tactical Adventures has released a PlayStation 5 version of the isometric RPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister via PlayStation Store for $29.99. Solasta: Crown of the Magister was first released in Early Access for PC via Steam, GOG, and Humble Store on October 20, 2020, followed by a full release on May 27, 2021.

The Xbox Series and Xbox One versions followed on July 5, 2022. In addition to the standard edition, the PlayStation 5 version is available in a $59.99 “Lightbringers” edition, which includes the following:

  • “Crown of the Magister” Base Campaign – The original campaign from level 1 to 12. From novice adventurers to saviors of Masgarth, this 40+ hour campaign will take you across the Badlands in search of ancient artifacts to confront a mysterious threat.
  • “Palace of Ice” campaign – A level 10-16 campaign, it is the continuation of “Crown of the Magister” and the latest downloadable content from Solasta. Head north into the lands of the Snow Alliance to aid your allies and put an end to the Sorak threat once and for all. Also unlocks the Gnome and Tiefling ancestry.
  • “Lost Valley” campaign – A standalone campaign from level 1 to 12. Trapped by accident in an isolated valley where the ancient traditions of Manacalon still rule, the group must find a way to escape by allying themselves with various factions that are fighting each other. Also unlocks an additional subclass for each class.
  • Primal Calling – Unlocks the Barbarian and Druid classes, as well as the Half-Orc ancestry.
  • Inner Strength – Unlocks the Warlock, Bard, and Monk classes, as well as the Draconian ancestry.
  • Supporter Pack – Enjoy additional dice to choose from in the options menu!

All additional content included in the Lightbringers Edition is also available to purchase separately as downloadable content.

Solasta offers an authentic board game experience on your console and PC. Launch the initiative, take advantage of attacks of opportunity, manage the placement of players and the verticality of the battlefield. Prepare for the final blow and possibly get a natural 20 at that key moment in the battle. In Solasta, you control four heroes, each with unique abilities that complement each other. Each hero is expressed in the adventure, making each action and dialogue choice a dynamic part of the story. Players will create their heroes as they would in a board game, choosing their race, class, personality, and rolling in their stats.

You make the decisions, the dice decide your destiny.
