Sonic Racing CrossWorlds looks like it is shaping up to be a great experience for racing fans with a healthy roster of traditional Sonic the Hedgehog characters and third party IPs. Sadly though it seems as those the traditional Sonic the Hedgehog roster won’t interact with characters such as Joker from the Persona series and Kasuga Ichiban. The news was revealed in a recent interview with Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka.

lizuka: There is no dialogue for collaboration characters. Because of the IP, the voice dialogue is limited to the 24 Sonic characters.
