Xbox has announced its plans for Gamescom which takes place next month in Cologne, Germany. One of the things mentioned in their blog post on the official site is that the long-awaited and much delayed Hollow Knight: Silksong will be playable at their booth at the event. Gamescom takes place from 20th – 24th August. Hopefully we will get a release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong at Gamescom or just before.
