The game department of C&R Creative Studios, one of Japan's largest creative development studios operated by Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R), and popular sculptor Yoshi. will jointly exhibit at Japan's largest indie game festival, BitSummit the 13th Summer of Yokai, to be held at Miyako Messe (Kyoto City Kangyokan) from July 18th (Friday) to July 20th (Sunday). At the event, we plan to mainly introduce the game “IZON. Section 1 Fukuyaku no Tower'' (hereinafter referred to as “IZON.''), which was jointly developed with Mr. Yoshi. and is currently being distributed on the online gaming platform “Steam.''

Mr. Yoshi. has created many unique modeling works in various genres such as games, anime, and figures. In 2021, when the original content “Spongibako'' consisting of his modeling works was released as a capsule toy “Spongibako'' series, its mysterious, eerie, and sad world view and unique design that made extensive use of streamlined lines gained popularity and sold out one after another. Cumulative sales of the series have exceeded 1.3 million units. In developing the “Spring Box'' game “IZON.'', we received approximately 37 million yen in support from 935 people in Japan and overseas through crowdfunding (CF), which was conducted for about a month and a half. This time, it has been decided that “IZON.” will be exhibited at “BitSummit”, one of the largest indie game events in Japan. This will be the first time for “IZON.” to exhibit at an event held in the Kansai area. At the “Dengeki Indie Awards 2025” (sponsored by Dengeki Online) announced on Friday, May 23rd, “IZON.” ranked 5th in both the adventure category and the overall ranking! Voters gave comments such as “The world view doesn't seem like it's an indie game,'' “The puzzle-like feel of navigating through the environment in addition to battles is also good,'' and “Even if you're not good at action games, you can progress through the game without much difficulty.''*

This is a game based on Yoshi.'s original content “Spongibako”.
