Dam Battlegrounds is full of water-related facilities and fits perfectly into the theme of this quest. The Water Quality Management Center (Water Treatment Management Center) is located on the west side of the map, and is a hotspot where enemy ARCs (turrets, etc.) tend to appear.

Location and access

1. Map location: Dam Battlefield West, Water Treatment Control Center (indicated by a blue marker).
2. Route inside the building:
   • Enter through the central entrance and head north inside.
   • You will find a blue iron staircase on the south side (it stands out as shown in the image).
   • Go down the stairs and the door at the end is the key room (observation room).
3. Key Use: Use the “Dam Observation Room Key” to unlock the door. The task will be completed just by entering the room.
