Final Fantasy XIV x Vogue Japan collaboration event begins

Square Enix’s 10th anniversary celebration brings with it an exciting collaboration with Vogue Japan at a special event at Final Fantasy XIV. From August 18, 2023 to September 3, 2023, Final Fantasy XIV players will have the opportunity to participate in this unique collaboration. The event invites players to submit screenshots of their characters wearing outfits centered around the “future adventures” theme.

The screenshots will be evaluated by Tiffany Godoy, Vogue Japan’s head of editorial content, along with the Final Fantasy XIV development team. The lucky winners will see their creations displayed at the Final Fantasy XIV x Isetan “A Decade’s Journey” Exhibition, opening its doors on September 28, 2023.

The Final Fantasy XIV x Isetan “A Decade’s Journey” Exhibition will take place from September 28 to October 2, 2023 at the Main Building of the Isetan Shinjuku store in Japan. This exhibition will feature the participation of 27 different collaborating brands. Stylists Rena Semba and Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, along with model Rina Fukushi, have designed unique outfits for their Final Fantasy XIV characters, fusing modern couture fashion with medieval armor to create a “future adventure” atmosphere.

Players who wish to participate must submit screenshots where the character is visible from head to toe. Captures must use the in-game photo capture tools and be 1080 x 1920 pixels in size. For more information on how to submit an entry, interested parties can check out the official Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone website.

Final Fantasy XIV is available to play on PS4, PS5 and PC platforms, and this exciting collaboration with Vogue Japan adds a touch of fashion and creativity to the vibrant community of adventurers in the world of Eorzea. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this unique celebration in the exciting universe of Final Fantasy XIV.
