Ubisoft and Ubisoft Bordeaux announce Assassin’s Creed Mirage for iPhone 15 Pro in 2024

Ubisoft and developer Ubisoft Bordeaux will release Assassin’s Creed Mirage for the iPhone 15 Pro in early 2024, according to the announcement made by the companies. Assassin’s Creed Mirage will run natively on the hardware, which was unveiled at Apple’s event today.

Apple’s new A17 Pro chip, which allows the game to be playable on the platform, is a centerpiece of this news. This 3-nanometer chip marks an industry milestone and delivers professional performance and capabilities. Among the notable improvements is the redesigned GPU, the largest in Apple history, which is up to 20 percent faster.

The new CPU is 10 percent faster thanks to improvements in microarchitecture and design. Plus, the Neural Processing Unit is now up to 2x faster, powering features like autocorrect and Personal Voice in iOS 17.

The pro-class GPU is up to 20 percent faster and unlocks completely new experiences, with a 6-core design that improves peak performance and power efficiency. Plus, with hardware-accelerated ray tracing technology—4x faster than software-based ray tracing—iPhone 15 Pro delivers smoother graphics and more immersive gaming and augmented reality experiences.

This announcement brings the true gaming experience to the palm of users’ hands with console titles never before seen on a smartphone.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released on October 5 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC via Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store, and Luna.

Exciting news for Assassin’s Creed fans and Apple technology enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the iPhone 15 Pro.
