Baby Steps announced for PlayStation 5 and PC

Great news for lovers of original and creative games. Publisher Devolver Digital and developers Gabe Cuzzillo, Maxi Boch and Bennett Foddy have announced that Baby Steps will be released for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam in summer 2024. Here’s an overview of the game, as presented on its Steam page:

Baby Steps puts you in the shoes of Nate, an unemployed young man with little to hope for in life, until one day he discovers a power he never knew he had: the ability to take one step after another. He explores a world shrouded in fog, one step at a time. Travel through the serene mountains, placing each step yourself, in original physics-based gameplay created by the minds behind titles like Ape Out and Getting Over It. Enjoy the landscapes, fall in love with the local fauna and try to find meaning in a wasted life. Get ready to immerse yourself in Nate’s story in Baby Stepsa literal walking simulator.

This unique proposition promises to offer a completely new and refreshing gaming experience. Players can expect to explore a mysterious world while taking it one step at a time, which is sure to generate interest for those looking for something different in the world of video games. Get ready to take your own steps in Baby Steps this summer of 2024!
