Japan: Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Switch debuts at #2


It’s that time of the week again where its time to find out how video gaming hardware and physical gaming software did in Japan. Famitsu has decided to release the latest boxed video game and hardware charts. This time, it’s for for the week of March 3rd to 9th. As usual, both of these sales charts are followed by lifetime sales.

This week was a very successful one for Nintendo. Out of the 10 games listed on the software sales chart, 8 of them are Switch games. Suikoden I & II HD Remaster has released now, and its Switch version has debuted at #2 on the charts with the PlayStation 5 version right behind it. Meanwhile, the Switch OLED model was #2 on the hardware sales charts, with the PlayStation 5 making it to the #1 spot. Both software and hardware sales charts can be seen down below.
