More details revealed for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

Focus Entertainment and DON’T NOD have released a new gameplay summary trailer for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, a ghost hunting action RPG. This game will take you on a journey between love, life, death and sacrifice, where you will play a pair of Exorcists, Antea Duarte and Red Mac Raith, experienced spirit hunters sent to New Eden to lift a mysterious curse and solve cases of apparitions. However, after an ill-advised attack, Antea is killed and becomes one of the ghosts she detests. Faced with a dilemma between your oath to protect the living from malevolent spirits and the nightmare of Antea’s condition, you must decide: will you honor your oath or sacrifice the living in a desperate attempt to bring back your loved one?

Delve into the life of the communities of New Eden, a world filled with supernatural creatures and ancient secrets. Combine Antea’s spiritual abilities and Red’s powerful arsenal to banish the souls that torment the living. Discover secrets, navigate mysterious landscapes, upgrade your equipment and meet memorable characters whose destinies will rest in your hands. Along your way, you will face important decisions that will dramatically affect your story and the challenges you will face, whether regarding the inhabitants of New Eden, be they living people or wandering souls.
