Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 coming to Asia in 2024


Clouded Leopard Entertainment has announced that it will release Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2a third-person shooter with voxel graphics, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch in Asia in English in 2024. This Asian version will feature support for English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese audio, as well as English text, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Additionally, D3 Publisher and developer Yuke’s have released the first full trailer for the sequel, which is currently playable at the Tokyo Game Show 2023 in Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, until September 24.

Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 tells what happened on Earth in voxel (cube) format after the events of the first game. It introduces elements of Earth Defense Force 6 and introduces the Wing Diver Shooter, which was not in the previous game. This latest installment is filled with more love for the Earth Defense Force series (and the Earth!) than ever before. With over 100 different Brothers and over a hundred missions, the game still retains four-player team battles, plus many additional features that are sure to please long-time fans.

Brothers from around the world gather in the face of an unprecedented threat caused by a new assassin who threatens to tear the Earth apart again. To restore peace to Earth in voxel form, the Earth Defense Force has been sent on an emergency mission unlike anything seen before!
