Bandai Namco and developer Supermassive Games have announced that The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will be released on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop on October 5 for $19.99. This exciting horror adventure is the second installment of The Dark Pictures Anthology and is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC through Steam. The series currently consists of four games, with the fifth title, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Directive 8020, in development.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope immerses players in a unique horror experience. When a group of college students’ bus is diverted to the town of Little Hope due to bad weather, it seems they have gotten lucky after the bus crashes and they emerge relatively unscathed. However, as they explore this seemingly abandoned town, they become trapped by a mysterious impenetrable fog and begin to experience visions of the past that haunt them from the shadows.
Through these mysterious visions, they witness the town’s macabre past and the terrible events of the Andover Witch Trials. They must uncover the motivation behind these apparitions and escape Little Hope while infernal demons relentlessly pursue them. The premise of “abandon all hope” comes to life in this suspenseful and terrifying story.
