Nacon and Brave Lamb Studio delay War Hospital release until 2024

Publisher Nacon and developer Brave Lamb Studio have announced a delay in the release of the real-time strategy and survival management game, War Hospital. Originally scheduled for October 26, the game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.

Message from Brave Lamb Studio about the delay:

“Dear players, you have been following our news for a long time and you know that we are committed to making a truly unique game. Since the goal of the game is to save lives rather than take them, War Hospital offers a different perspective than other war strategy games. We want the game to be as deep and realistic as possible, respecting the topic it addresses. That’s why War Hospital features a variety of game mechanics, including management, strategy, and role-playing. These different systems are complex and required more development time than we anticipated to find the right balance.

To achieve our goals of authenticity and quality, we have decided to extend our development time and delay the release until early 2024. These additional months will allow us to refine details, balance the game, and fix more bugs to bring you a more polished game.

We appreciate your understanding, patience and support. Stay tuned for more information on War Hospital coming soon.”
