Momodora: Moonlit Farewell will launch on Steam on January 11, 2024


Publisher PLAYISM and developer Bombservice have announced that Momodora: Moonlit Farewellthe latest installment in the Momodora series, will be available for PC via Steam starting January 11, 2024. The new installment takes place five years after the events of Momodora III.

In Momodora: Moonlit Farewell, players will join Momo, the High Priestess of the village of Koho, as she undertakes a divine quest to save her village from imminent destruction at the hands of hordes of demons summoned by a malevolent bell ringer. The story presents the tale of the greatest calamity to ever hit the village of Koho, unleashed five years after the events of Momodora III. When the ringing of an ominous bell is heard, the village is threatened by a demonic invasion.

The village matriarch sends Momo Reinol, her most capable priestess, to investigate the bell and find the ringer responsible for summoning the demons. It is hoped that by finding the culprit, she can also ensure the safety of the village and, most importantly, the sacred Lun Tree, source of life and healing for Koho.

Momodora: Moonlit Farewell promises to deliver an immersive and exciting experience, continuing the series’ tradition by combining action, exploration and captivating narrative. Fans of the series and new players can look forward to a unique installment full of challenges and discoveries when the game launches on Steam in January 2024.
