Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! will arrive on Switch on April 26, 2024 in America and Europe


SEGA has announced that the digital board game developed by CyberConnect2, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board!, will be available for Nintendo Switch on April 26, 2024 in America and Europe. In Japan, the launch will occur one day earlier, on April 25, 2024. Along with this announcement, two new boards are revealed for the game: “Board Two” featuring Tsuzumi Mansion and Mount Natagumo, and “Board Three” with the Mugen Train. Games inspired by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and battles against demons lurking in each of these scenarios await players!

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba transforms into a board game which features iconic anime locations, such as Mount Fujikasane and Asakusa, as boards. Roll the dice to advance through the squares! Each board has a day and night period. During the day, you’ll play events and mini-games to prepare for the night, where you’ll search for demons to defeat. Aim to become a great Demon Hunter swordsman!

Control iconic characters such as Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and the nine Hashira. Nezuko, who cannot be active during the day, appears as a support character to help players throughout the game! In mini-games where you fight demons like the Hand Demon, you can wave the Joy-Con like the Nichirin Sword to attack.

This exciting game promises to bring the action and excitement of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba universe to the Nintendo Switch, offering fans a unique and challenging experience. Get ready to immerse yourself in this world on April 26, 2024!
