Entergram to release the romance visual novel developed by Saga Planets, AMBITIOUS MISSION, for PlayStation 4 and Switch on March 21, 2024 in Japan, with a price of 8,228 yen according to listings at retailers such as 7net Online Shopping and Biccamera. A limited edition will also be available for 10,978 yen, which will include an acrylic figure and a drama CD. Players will have the option to purchase a bundle that includes both AMBITIOUS MISSION and the previously released Saga Planets title, Kakenuke Seishun Sparking!, for Switch for 12,980 yen.
AMBITIOUS MISSION, which initially debuted on PC on May 27, 2022 in Japan, tells the story set in the city of Sahoro. The legend persists in the city, stating that whoever collects the 12 stars called “Ambitious” can achieve any dream he desires. The plot centers on the protagonist, Nezu Mikage, who, by coincidence, discovers the true identity of the masked thief, Miss Art, as her classmate, the Ojou-sama (young lady) Arise Kaguya.
The story unfolds as Kaguya attempts to recruit Mikage to join the group of masked thieves she has formed to realize her ambitions. However, things do not go as planned. As the plot unfolds, a hidden “truth” is revealed, and Mikage decides to join Miss Art to protect the orphanage where he grew up.
