Nintendo has released a demo and overview trailer for the collection of point-and-click adventure remakes, Another Code: Recollection, available on Nintendo eShop for Switch. Below is a description of the demo and gameplay provided by Nintendo:

The demo features the first chapter of Another Code: Two Memories, the first of two stories in Another Code: Recollection. (Fans of the Nintendo DS system may remember this revamped adventure by another name: Trace Memory!) In the demo, you’ll join Ashley, a young orphan, after receiving a letter from her father, whom she thought was dead. . The letter sets off a series of mysteries and takes her to the mysterious and remote Blood Edward Island in search of answers. Follow the beginning of her story and begin your exploration, then carry your progress to the full game once purchased. You can take a look at the perplexing riddles you’ll encounter, but who or what will you find on the other side?

Another Code: Recollection features two enhanced mysteries, including the previously unreleased sequel in North America. Uncover the past and find the hidden truth in both games, with revamped graphics, fully explorable environments, new voice acting, puzzles and music. Optional hint and navigation systems have also been added to help players who may be new to adventure games. Another Code: Recollection will be released for Switch on January 19, 2024 worldwide.
