Developer Phantom Coast has announced that the roguelite skateboarding action game, Helskate, will be released in Early Access for PC via Steam on February 15. The Early Access version will include the first of three planned worlds, with Anton Falcon as the main playable character, fighting through Vertheim with a variety of weapons, attacks and tricks. The game is expected to remain in Early Access for about a year.
Game Description (via Steam): Helskate is a skateboard action roguelite. Slide, perform tricks, and chain combos to power up your attacks and take out Vertheim’s creatures. Combine and upgrade different weapons and equipment to adapt your play style as you fight, die and come back each time in this hellish maze.
