Smalland: Survive the Wilds will leave Early Access and launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on February 15, announced Merge Games. Smalland: Survive the Wilds was first released in Early Access for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on March 29, 2023.
The game offers a unique perspective on the adventure, where the Smallfolk emerge from their burrows after centuries of living underground to reclaim the Surface now that the giants are gone. Players join the exodus as the vanguard in an epic adventure played out on a tiny scale. They explore, loot, craft and build as they fight to gain a foothold in this hostile new world.
Smalland: Survive the Wilds presents a massive open world from a new perspective, with skyscraper-sized trees, cavernous crevasses, dense forests, dangerous swamps, and strange ruins. Players can fight, tame and ride a variety of creatures, from grasshoppers to birds and spiders.
The game offers both the option to survive alone or thrive as a team, with support for up to 10 players in multiplayer mode. Players can build encampments from different materials, from wood to stone and metal, and explore the world together while battling changing elements, including deadly storms and changing seasons.
Additionally, players can customize their appearance with powerful armor and add wings or a grappling hook to increase their survival and exploration skills. Smalland: Survive the Wilds offers a dynamic and challenging experience in an open world full of dangers and wonders.
