Publisher Humble Games and developer Exit 73 Studios have announced the launch of a new game that promises to take players on a unique adventure. #BLUDan animated dungeon crawler, will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on June 18.
About the game:
In #BLUD, players take on the role of Becky Brewster, the new girl in town and the last of an ancient line of vampire hunters. Becky’s mission is to save her friends, combat the vampire apocalypse, and survive the horrors of freshman year of high school field hockey practice. This game combines elements of action RPGs with the hyperkinetic energy of 90s cartoons.

- Defeat the vampire legions. Players will face a delightfully macabre array of extravagantly mutated animals and vampire-possessed citizens. Engage in epic and energetic boss battles as you defend your hometown.
- Dungeon exploration in a small town. Hunt down the forces of evil in high school hallways, convenience store aisles, and shopping malls. She discovers and accepts quests from the town’s social networks and tracks down evil (and other after-school plans) with modern technology.
- A class of its own. First year life is ultra-fast, even more so when you’re the new vampire hunter kid. Help and make friends with a comedic cast of quirky and memorable classmates as you find your place as a teenager in the world of #BLUD.
- Improve your field arsenal. Discover and earn upgrades for Becky’s trusty field hockey stick to meet increasing challenges, including useful accessories like a grappling hook, paddle, and umbrella shield.
- Discover diabolical mysteries. Investigate the demonic legions through archaic and new means. Translate your family’s mystical grimoire and take selfies with monsters to tag their strengths and weaknesses (but don’t let them bite you!).
