Nacon and Spiders have revealed that GreedFall II: The Dying World will arrive first in Early Access for PC this summer via Steam, before its full release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC at a later date. This new title in the GreedFall saga offers a unique experience that takes players to a world ravaged by war and the Malichor plague, while navigating the political intrigues of the different factions.
The game is set three years before the events of the first game and follows the adventures of a native character from Teer Fradee, forcibly torn from his island and taken to the mainland of Gacane, home of the settlers. In this war-torn ancient world, players must regain their freedom and control their own destiny, using diplomacy, cunning or combat to put an end to one man’s ambitions of conquest that could mean the end of the continent and of his island.
In GreedFall II: The Dying World, players will explore new landscapes, from the city of Olima, home of the Bridge Alliance, to the shores of Uxantis, unraveling the secrets of these ancient lands. You will be able to encounter all the factions that share control over these nations and navigate the treacherous waters of their intrigues and conspiracies.
The game allows players to create their own character and find allies to join their team, help them with their missions, discover their secrets and make them friends, rivals or even lovers. Additionally, players can equip their allies to their liking and take control of them in combat.
With a deeper RPG experience than ever, where every choice has an impact on the adventure and where diplomacy, manipulation, infiltration and combat are viable paths to achieve objectives, GreedFall II promises to immerse players in a world full of of intrigue and action.
