Nintendo Switch profile icons changed with firmware update


Nintendo’s latest firmware update to the Nintendo Switch, version 20.0.0, brought with it a lot of significant changes, with most designed to prepare users for the release of the Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5.

However, one minor change that may not be immediately noticeable to some is that several of the profile icons for the system have been changed with this update. Donkey Kong’s, which has been changed to reflect his new design in the upcoming Donkey Kong Bananza, is the most noticeable, but many others from the Mario and Pikmin series have received small changes too.
